What Does Membership Mean?
If you become a member of ASMC, you become involved in its
governance, its progression and its direction. You have a direct
say in the election of its Board. You have the opportunity to
apply its principles to the church's daily and ongoing conduct
and you have a unique opportunity to provide leadership and
inspiration for others who wish to join. You are also eligible
to serve on the Board, enroll in the ministerial program and
apply for other spiritual positions at the Chapel.
How do I become a Member?
Contact All Souls Metaphysical Chapel to find out when the next membership classes are
scheduled. Upon completion, you will be asked to complete a
brief application.
You will then be scheduled for a formal induction ceremony
during the next appropriate Sunday service. This ceremony is
simple and straightforward-you will be asked to respond to a
series of questions, to reaffirm your decision publicly and will
be welcomed into the congregation of membership.

What Happens After I Join?
You are invited to attend all membership meetings which are held
in January of each year. On occasions when major decisions need
to be made (such as the passage of new bylaws, acquisition of
property, etc.), a special meeting will be called. You are in
fact an active participant in the history and direction of the
church, and a contributing factor to its health and growth.
Rather than recommending any specific amount of service, time or
money donated, we rely upon the individual to make these
decisions in accordance with his or her individual
interpretations of metaphysical principles, their capability to
give and the talents that they have to share with others. Over
time you will discover your best place and will find the most
meaningful ways to share your time, talent, skills and material
blessings. There is no shortage of opportunity to become
involved in the life of ASMC. We are a relatively small
community with lots of large hearts (volunteers) that keep it
running smoothly. We enjoy an extensive committee network of
service to others. For more information please call
843-347-6261.

Angels take an active interest in the affairs of humans.
These events are recorded in the Bible beginning
with Genesis ending in Revelations.
Some examples are:
Genesis 18:2 Three messangers of the Lord came to tell Sarah she
will bear Abraham a child.
Exodus 23:20 -23 The Lord promised Moses an angel for a guide.
Revelations 22:8 - 9 An angel tells John not to worship him for he -
the angel - is a fellow servant.
Understanding The Gifts of Spirit
1 Corinthians 12:28
God has set in the church; first - Apostles;
second - prophets; third - teachers; and after that performers of
miracles; healers - helpers - leaders, and diversities of tongues -
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothern, I would not have you
ignorant.
These particular gifts of the Spirit, which Paul tells us to covet
earnestly, constitute the means where by objective proof is obtained
of the existence of the Spirit World.
John 14:2
Truly I say unto you, he who believes on me, the works that I do
shall he do also and greater things than these shall he do.
Rev. 2:17 He that have an ear, let him hear what the Spirit said to
the churches.
